KUSTOM TECH TERMS OF BUSINESS FREIGHT:
Unless otherwise requested at the time of order, Kustom Tech will try to ship as quick and efficiently as possible by Fed-Ex freight company.The buyer will be charged for all shipping costs. If the buyer wants to use a different shipping company, than he have to arrange by himself the pick up of the goods and payment method of the freight charges by is own. Parts shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported within three working days of the receipt of the order.
PRICES:
Our price list show prices in Euro without sales taxes, shipping cost are not included. We reserve the right to adjust or change our price any time if we receive any cost increase which is out of our control.
BACKORDERS:
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically backordered, if you wish to do NOT have any backorder , please specify it at the time of your order.
PRODUCT DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION:
In order to improve our product, we reserve the right to change specification and product description at any time without prior notice.
FEDERAL AND LOCAL LAWS:
The installation of some Kustom Tech parts may void your factory warranty or violate federal or local law when operating your vehicle on public highway. It’s the sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product, in case of any doubt we kindly invite to call one of our representatives.
WARRANTY:
We do NOT accept any warranty claims for:
- Parts which has been modified from original manufacture.
- Parts installed in a motorcycle which are not intended for.
- Parts which are consumable items.
RETURN SHIPMENTS:
All shipment in return are accepted within 20 days from the purchase date with written authorization of Kustom Tech only and they must be pre paid by the sender. All parts in return are accepted if in untouched and in the original package only.
